The pure silicone heel pads from Juzo can be worn inside any shoe. They are available in three heights (5, 8 or 10 mm) and gently compensate for differences in leg length. This reduces any imbalances in the musculoskeletal system that could easily lead to knee, hip joint or spinal complaints. The Juzo heel lift cushion also has an impact absorbing effect. The pad can be worn either on the right or the left, and is transparent and easy to clean.
