The knitting department with more than hundred knitting machines is containing the round knit department as well as the flat knit department.

In this knitting process the needle cylinder gets fed with up to 7 different threads. The most important one is the so-called compression thread which gets fed under an exactly dosed preliminary tension.

The body measurements transferred by the customer service arrive "online" over data lines in the knitting department as knitting instructions.

The most modern flat knit machines are producing the Juzo special garments: thorax bandages, gloves or neck-chin bandage as well as individual custom-made products with seam.

The measurement department is calculating special knitting patterns which is serving as a target for the knitter. By exact de- and increasing of knitting needles and the correct amount of courses the millimetre accurate fitting of our flat knitted products gets determined.
